Installation Guide for TEEMASTER 160
Proper installation is critical to ensure smooth operation and longevity of your auto tee-up system. Please follow these steps:
1.Site Requirements:
• The ground must be level (within ±10mm tolerance) to avoid alignment issues.
• Leave 3m x 2m clearance around the device to avoid interfering with the ball's flight path.
• Power Requirements: AC 100V-240V, 50Hz-60Hz
• Required Tools: Level, electric drill, screwdriver set, measuring tape, and installation accessories (included with the device).
2. Step-by-Step Installation
Position the Unit: Place the TEEMASTER 160 on a flat, stable surface in the designated hitting area. Align the ball exit chute with the center of your hitting mat for optimal accuracy.
1. Secure the Base: Use the included mounting brackets to fasten the unit to the floor. This prevents movement during high-volume use.
2. Connect Power & Data: Plug the power cord into a grounded outlet and connect the data cable to your simulator computer.
3. Calibrate with Simulator Software: Follow the on-screen prompts to sync the unit with your simulator system. This will calibrate tee height settings for each club.
4.Test Operation: Run a full cycle test to verify ball dispensing, tee height adjustment, and software communication are working correctly.
